Engaged as the basement was being completed for a residence which was designed by a previous architect, David Buergler selected and detailed new exterior materials and components and provided complete architectural interiors as the project was under construction, a process not unlike a renovation of an unbuilt design. The residence included stringent healthy house standards as well.
